Hair
- Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back off children’s faces.
- Hair clips and bands must be blue, black, brown or white only.
Jewellery
The school's policy is that the wearing of jewellery of any kind by the children is not permitted, including earrings and studs. This is in line with the clear safety guidelines of Hertfordshire County Council and is a safety issue for the child wearing the jewellery and other children who may, for example, tread on studs. We expect parents to support the school in these matters. If you wish to have your child's ears pierced we recommend this is done at the beginning of the summer holidays, the ears will then be healed up for September.
