History is who we are and why we are the way we are.

We intend to produce inquisitive, perceptive historians who understand their own past and that of the world they live in. Our children learn about famous people and places, as well as global events in history. They gain a strong sense of their own school’s place within the history of our community, reinforced by our beautiful historic buildings and the annual celebration of our founder’s birthday. Our values-based approach, underpinned by the school’s Christian vision, aims is to give them the confidence, positive attitudes and curiosity to extend their historical learning.
