Feeling Good Week
Next week we will be celebrating Feeling Good Week focusing on the theme This is My Place. All our activities are around a sense of belonging where the aim is to help children feel connected, valued, accepted and happy in the different communities they belong to. We will be defining what it means to belong and how they can help others feel they belong too. We are ending our week in partnership with the VSA with a Come as Yourself (dress down) day.
Safer Internet Day
During Feeling Good Week, we are also taking part in Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 10 February. The focus is smart tech, safe choices, where the children will be exploring the world of AI and how to use it safely and responsibly, especially around chat bots and pop ups. For more information click here for details of links to top tips to support you and your child online safety.
We are wishing Mrs Jones all the best as she starts her maternity leave this week. She is looking forward to getting ready for the arrival of her baby boy at the end of February.
