School Effectiveness Advisor Inclusion Visit- October 2025
On 20 October our HFL advisor came to review our inclusion provision for our most vulnerable children. We are delighted with her comments and wanted to share with you the summary of Linda's report.

Leaders continue to reflect, evaluate, improve provision and the school community continues to thrive. The school demonstrates strong inclusive practice and high standards. Leaders have a clear understanding of pupil needs and implement robust SEND processes, including early identification and tailored interventions. The school uses evidence-based strategies to close attainment gaps, prioritises communication and language development, and embeds quality first teaching effectively. Staff show commitment to parental engagement and pupil wellbeing, while attendance systems and safeguarding are rigorous. Inclusive classroom environments, differentiated teaching, and respectful pupil interactions reflect the school’s ethos of “flourishing in learning and love.” Governance is highly effective as the team around the school. |
Remembrance at St Peter's Church
The Spiritual Ambassadors were very proud to take part in Remembrance on Tuesday, where we took our hand made wreath and shared in the silence with the local community. It created a lot of discussion on the way back about why we have Remembrance and the children continued to learn about it back at school. We also received this email from a member of the public that was very complimentary of the children.
I was at the little Remembrance service at the St Peter’s War Memorial this morning. I was so impressed by the young children from Victoria School who also attended. Their behaviour was impeccable and it was so lovely to see them there and to know they have been learning about Remembrance. They were an absolute credit to their school.
